- Our experienced team will conduct an extensive 19 point inspection of your roof.
- Provide a comprehensive report on the current condiiton of your roof.
- Develop a customized plan to assist you in keeping your roof in great condition.
Recommendation
- Invictus will provide a plan of action to address any immediate areas of repair.
- Upon approval our technicians will perform the recommended repairs.
- Initial repairs are performed prior to implementation of the preventative maintenance program.
Delivery
Your customized preventative maintenance program includes:
- Thorough inspections performed 3 times a year with a current conditions report submitted after each inspection.
- Removal of debris from roof and drain baskets.
- Reseal all pipe penetrations, all termination locations, all flashing points, and seal all joints in coping caps.
