Great company to do business with! Patrick was able to help us out on a short notice and get our roof replaced so our deal would go through. Felt comfortable with him and his team even though we don’t live in the area. Communication was seamless throughout the process and never felt out of the loop. I heard about this company through another REALTOR friend. My inspection and claim process has been excellent so far. Tanner Emery is my contact and he’s been communicative, personable and actually climbed the roof himself. He came back with the insurance inspector and pointed out some damage he missed. So far so good. Hoping to get my roof done next week…. More later!
I had a great experience with Invictus after this recent storm last week. The team of Hayden, Patrick, Tanner, and Zach were awesome to work with.
Communication was clear and timely. Zach and Tanner were extremely professional and honest to work with when they came for my scheduled, free inspection. They were happy to inform us we had made it through this storm without damage and didn’t try and sell me on any unnecessary repairs.

I recently had the opportunity to have my roof inspected by Ayyub, a representative from Invictus. I'm generally skeptical about such services, but Ayyub's approachable demeanor, professionalism, and extensive knowledge quickly put my doubts to rest.
In what felt like mere minutes, Ayyub conducted a thorough inspection of my roof, complete with a detailed analysis and video evidence. His meticulous attention to detail was truly remarkable. He was also incredibly patient, taking the time to explain aspects of the inspection that were unfamiliar to me, including the specialized instruments he utilized.
What stood out to me was not just his technical expertise, but his genuine willingness to educate without any pressure to commit to a service. Ayyub pointed out several areas of concern that could require attention and provided thoughtful advice on how to address them, all while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.

Highly recommend. Their roof inspector Ayyub was thorough and efficient. He made sure to explain what was working well on our existing roof instead of just trying to force a full replacement we didn’t need. Would have never known about some of the damage if he wouldn’t have shown the pics and special tools/lens. If you need inspection, call Invictus, I’d ask for Ayyub directly.

Tanner was very thorough in showing the damage to my roof. He explained my options and was willing to meet with adjuster. He also let me know how to correct other issues regarding the gutter damage and chimney flashing and how that should also be covered due to recent hail storm. I highly recommend him and his company.
Hunter was very polite, very professional without just trying to sell me a solution for my roof. He showed me multiple different options and was very patient in explaining things. He was very personable and was able to work with my budget and my needs. Another thing that really put my mind at ease was it didn’t feel like a sales pitch, but I felt appreciated as a customer and very welcomed, as well as validated for my concerns. There’s truly a budget friendly option for all home owners. Regardless of the damages, or wear and tear. Thank you Hunter for a pleasant and stress free roofing experience!

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Thompson. I have had a couple companies look at my roof and they said the roof was unrepairable and I needed to get a whole new roof. Mr. Thompson came and took a good look at the roof and said that it wasn’t necessary to replace my roof. There are only minor damages that are easily fixable and affordable. That being said, Mr. Thompson was very well mannered and I would in complete confidence recommend him to my friends and family.
Invictus Roofing goes to a whole new level when it comes to customer service. Roofing has got a bad rap these days- but thankfully they do everything with integrity and excellence. They are absolutely the best choice when it comes to choosing someone to fix and repair your home. I am so thankful I chose them! They are changing lives, one roof at a time!
